Wholesale Account Manager | Luxury Beauty & Wellness

Up to £58,000 + Benefits + generous bonus
London | Hybrid (4 days office)

We're partnering with one of the most exciting names in the luxury beauty and wellness space—a brand that's redefining the industry through innovation, science-led products, and an elevated customer experience. Following impressive growth across global retail channels, they're now looking for a Wholesale Account Manager to play a pivotal role in their next chapter.

The Role

As the face of the brand across key retail partners, you'll ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the premium standards they're known for. From driving commercial performance to delivering flawless retail execution, you'll be instrumental in strengthening existing partnerships while identifying opportunities for continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key wholesale and retail partners
  • Driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional in-store execution across your accounts
  • Supporting new launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings and retail activations
  • Monitoring sales, stock levels and KPIs to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain and Training teams to deliver seamless retail initiatives
  • Solving operational challenges quickly and effectively to keep stores performing at their best
  • Gathering retailer and customer feedback to help shape future commercial strategies
  • Keeping a close eye on market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

About You

You'll be a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering outstanding retail experiences.

  • Experience managing wholesale or retail accounts within beauty, luxury or premium consumer brands
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence analysing sales performance and identifying trends
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional organisational skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
  • A genuine passion for luxury brands and creating best-in-class customer experiences
