Role Overview

Title: Wholesale Account Manager

As the Wholesale Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering LYMA’s global retail strategy. Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with retail partners
  • Ensuring smooth in-store operations and performance
  • Driving sales growth across LYMA’s physical retail network
  • Acting as the main point of contact for wholesale & retail partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences, a strong brand presence, and consistent commercial growth

Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Collaboration & Communication: Manage daily interactions with retail partners and store teams
  • Compliance & Performance: Ensure retail accounts align with LYMA’s brand standards and strategic objectives
  • Store Operations: Support new launches, visual merchandising, and in-store activation planning
  • Analytical Leadership: Monitor account performance, track sales, and report on KPIs (sales/sales data/operational performance)
  • Accountability: Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain excellence in execution
  • Growth Strategy: Proactively develop relationships to boost sales and productivity across all accounts
  • Data Tracking: Monitor sales trends and prepare reports for the Global Head of Retail
  • Revenue Targets: Contribute to meeting retail sales targets and profitability goals

Strategic Ambitions

  • Work with the Global Head of Retail to develop and implement retail improvement programs
  • Champion LYMA’s customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, merchandising standards, and service levels
  • Gather customer and partner feedback to inform future retail strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain & Training teams to execute retail initiatives
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns & new product launches
  • Maintain accurate internal reports, presentations, and project tracking
  • Analyze retail trends and competitor activity
  • Recommend and implement operational improvements for both accounts and management processes

Job Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Previous roles in retail account management, store operations, or partner management
  • Sector Knowledge: Preferred experience in premium, luxury, or beauty industries
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to analyse sales and performance data
  • International Exposure: Experience with global retail accounts or distributors is advantageous
