Brand/Wholesale Director - Premium Watch Brand
Location: UK
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the UK & Ireland business for one of the world's most recognised watch brands. With a significant global footprint and high-volume sales across retail and wholesale, this role offers the chance to shape commercial strategy and drive continued growth within an established international business.
You'll take full ownership of the UK operation, leading sales, marketing, customer care, and commercial performance while working closely with global headquarters. This is a hands-on leadership role with full P&L responsibility, responsibility for key retail partnerships, distribution strategy, and team leadership.

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven leadership experience across both retail and wholesale sales.
- A background in watches is highly desirable; premium jewellery, luxury retail, or consumer brands will also be considered.
- Experience managing a high-volume, internationally recognised brand.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership.
- A track record of growing sales, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with an expectation to spend two days per week at the London headquarters and the remainder of the time visiting customers, partners, and retail locations across the UK & Ireland.
