Wholesale Finance Manager

Most people see an Aston Martin and admire the craftsmanship, engineering, and performance. Few ever see the financial operation working behind the scenes to ensure every vehicle moves seamlessly through our global retailer network and into the hands of our customers.

This is one of those rare opportunities.

As Wholesale Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of one of the most important financial programmes within Aston Martin, sitting at the heart of the relationships, funding structures, and commercial agreements that support our global retailer network. It's a role that combines strategic thinking, commercial negotiation, risk management, and relationship leadership, giving you the opportunity to influence business performance on an international scale.

Working across multiple regions, you'll be responsible for the Aston Martin Wholesale Finance Programme, ensuring the funding facilities that support both Aston Martin and our approved retailers continue to operate effectively and evolve as the business grows. You'll work closely with banking partners, credit insurers, legal counsel, and senior internal stakeholders, becoming the trusted expert for all aspects of wholesale finance.

What makes this role particularly exciting is the variety and level of exposure. One day you could be leading commercial discussions with banking partners, the next reviewing dealer credit exposure, shaping future funding structures, supporting refinancing activities, or collaborating with senior leaders on strategic business decisions. You'll be trusted to own critical relationships, challenge existing approaches, and identify opportunities to strengthen and improve the programme for the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We're looking for someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys operating in a highly commercial environment. You'll bring significant experience managing wholesale finance programmes and a strong understanding of funding structures such as receivables purchase schemes or securitisation models. Just as importantly, you'll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating complex agreements, and balancing commercial objectives with effective risk management.

This is an opportunity to join an iconic global luxury brand at a time of transformation and ambition. You'll have genuine ownership, direct visibility with senior leadership, and the chance to shape a programme that plays a critical role in supporting Aston Martin's success around the world.

If you're looking for a role where your expertise can make a tangible impact, where you'll work with senior decision-makers inside and outside the business, and where no two days look quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.
