About This Team
lululemon is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Strategic Sales Team to support our growth across EMEA, the role will be based at our London SSC, with a 4 day in office policy – excluding travel and market visits. Our channel builds strategic partnerships with organizations and communities across the globe that ignite positive guest and brand impact beyond our four -walls. Our Strategic Sales Program has an amazing goal: to build strategic partnerships and create quality experiences for our partners that in turn will keep our stores humming with happy people. We set our stores and ecomm up for success by partnering strategically with the leading yoga and athletic influencers in the world, sharing with them our best-in-class technical product.

Core Responsibilities
Inclusion & Communication
- Communicates clearly and inclusively across all audiences.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in product, brand vision, and business operations to effectively represent the company.
Partner Development & Management
- Identifies and secures strategic partners; leads negotiations and builds long-term brand relationships.
- Develops and executes partner strategy aligned to EMEA objectives, delivering revenue and profitability targets.
- Owns go-to-market execution, including showroom setup, seasonal presentations, and order management in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Drives brand presence through partner initiatives, branded spaces, and pop-ups, securing premium positioning.
- Leads recruitment, training, and performance management of brand specialists.
- Engages partners regularly to drive sales performance and ensure consistent brand execution.
- Monitors market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
Business Performance & Reporting
- Accountable for sales performance, delivering against quarterly and annual targets.
- Tracks partner sell-through, driving in-season reorders and inventory optimisation.
- Contributes to Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and executive reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Partners with Brand and Marketing to optimise assortments and campaign execution.
- Collaborates with Wholesale Operations and Accounts Receivable to improve shipping and payment performance.
- Mentors and develops Wholesale Specialist and Coordinator.
Product Planning & Buying
- Works with Merchandising and Planning teams to align global assortments and strategies.
- Evolves buying approaches to meet changing partner and market needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience of key account management
