Wholesale Manager

House of Kind | London (Hybrid/Flexible)

About House of Kind

House of Kind is a contemporary British womenswear brand redefining affordable luxury through exceptional tailoring and purpose-driven design. Our collections are created to take women from Nine2Wine™, combining timeless style with subtle dopamine dressing, premium craftsmanship and a brand built on kindness, allyship and belonging.

Since launching, House of Kind has been featured in leading national publications, stocked by premium retailers and worn by high-profile women across business, media and politics. We are now looking for an exceptional Wholesale Manager to help accelerate our next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded wholesale professional with an established network of premium independent boutiques, department stores and international retail partners.

You will lead our wholesale growth strategy, opening new accounts, nurturing existing relationships and representing House of Kind with passion, integrity and commercial excellence.

We're looking for someone who believes that fashion can be commercially successful whilst making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute House of Kind's UK and international wholesale strategy.
  • Identify, approach and secure new wholesale accounts aligned with our premium brand positioning.
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers, retailers and key industry contacts.
  • Present collections during market appointments, trade shows and showroom meetings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while protecting brand positioning and profitability.
  • Work closely with the founder on seasonal sales strategy and account planning.
  • Analyse sales performance, sell-through and retailer feedback to inform future collections.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support retailer launches and promotional activity.
  • Represent House of Kind at industry events, networking opportunities and fashion trade exhibitions.
  • Help identify opportunities for international expansion across Europe, the Middle East and other strategic markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
