About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Wholesale Manager to take ownership of our growing B2B and wholesale fulfilment operation. This is a key leadership role within our distribution function, overseeing both in-house warehouse activity and 3PL partners—ensuring orders are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time across a wide range of retail partners, distributors, and department stores.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day wholesale warehouse operations
- Managing end-to-end B2B fulfilment
- Driving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
- Ensuring retailer compliance (ASN, labelling, routing guides)
- Leading and developing warehouse teams
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising & Logistics

What we’re looking for:
- Proven warehouse / fulfilment leadership experience
- Background in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods (preferred)
- Strong understanding of wholesale & retail compliance
- Experience managing teams and improving performance
- WMS experience (NetSuite, Peoplevox, Mintsoft or similar)
