Main description:

Ranked #1 fastest-growing private company in The Sunday Times 100 2022, AYBL has quickly become one of the most iconic women’s activewear brands worldwide.

We are a passionate, innovative and ambitious brand on a mission to empower women through the power of fitness. Based in the UK, we are dedicated to providing premium, yet affordable activewear that encompasses our ‘Together we thrive’ ethos.

We’re constantly on the lookout for new people who are equally ambitious, share our core values and consider themselves the best in their field. If this sounds like you and you’ve got what it takes to help push AYBL to the next level, this could be the place for you. The opportunities right now are limitless. We are looking to hire genuine people who demonstrate authenticity and a unique way of thinking. As we grow, you’ll grow too.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of one of our most exciting areas of growth. Our wholesale channel has expanded significantly over the past year, and we are looking for a commercially minded Merchandiser to take ownership of it — bringing energy, rigour, and strong relationships to a fast-moving and evolving channel.

Reporting directly into the Merchandising Director, you will have real influence over how wholesale performs within our business. Ways of working are established, and this role calls for someone who can get up to speed quickly, work confidently within existing frameworks, and adapt their approach as the channel continues to scale. It is an opportunity to make a genuine impact within a business that is growing fast.

What You'll Be Doing

Wholesale Channel Ownership

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the wholesale channel, managing performance across multiple partners.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with wholesale partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Use your initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues, without always waiting for direction — this is a role for self-starters.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business needs and ensure our proposition is aligned to their goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Capacity plan effectively, working across the range to ensure the right product is available in the right volume at the right time.
  • Work with margins to protect profitability while supporting partner sell-through and growth.
  • Collaborate with the buying and sourcing teams to build compelling proposals for wholesale partners, ensuring range selections and phasing are commercially sound before orders are placed.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build strong internal relationships across finance, supply chain, buying, and operations — understanding how each function feeds into the critical path.
  • Act as the connector between wholesale partners and internal teams, translating external needs into clear internal actions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to align on intake, lead times, and fulfilment requirements specific to wholesale.
  • Work alongside finance to track performance and report on channel profitability.
