Job Description

We are looking for a Wholesale Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end wholesale operational performance for our US Major accounts, ensuring that orders, logistics, inventory, and partner relationships run efficiently and profitably. You will be responsible for order processing, distribution, customer service, and operational excellence across global wholesale accounts. The role requires a highly analytical, commercially aware operator who can optimise processes and support strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Wholesale Operations Management

  • Oversee US Major Wholesale fulfilment and logistics, including shipping, export documentation, bookings and portal management. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to wholesale partners.
  • Manage and maintain wholesale orders, including amendments, swaps, returns and cancellations.
  • Manage open order book, ensuring prebook orders are delivered without issue within the shipping window and ensuring immediate delivery of ATS orders.
  • Weekly presentation of open order book to Sales team, providing full visibility of order status and resolving any issues to prevent delays.

Account & Partner Management

  • Operational lead for all partners and agents, providing shipping and fulfilment information in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and agents.
  • Support sales teams with operational insights, order book analysis, and partner performance reporting.
  • Onboard new wholesale partners and ensure terms and conditions are agreed to.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Partner with our 3PLs to ensure on-time shipment performance.
  • Resolve escalations related to logistics delays, compliance issues, routing guide violations, and quality concerns.
  • Monitor international shipping documentation, customs requirements, and compliance standards.

Data, Reporting & Systems

  • Own wholesale KPIs: OTIF, returns, deductions, order accuracy, and inventory.
  • Improve system workflows in our ERP system, NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with Finance team to ensure on time payment. Assisting with invoicing, credit memos, POD requests and dispute resolution.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Work

  • Drive operational readiness for new product launches, channel expansion, and new distribution partners.
  • Lead or support key projects, such as system upgrades, automation initiatives, and 3PL transitions.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team across order management, wholesale service, and operational planning.
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years in wholesale operations or a related field.
  • Strong experience working with wholesale partners (large retailers, distributors, or international accounts).
  • Proven success in managing order-to-cash processes and improving operational KPIs.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, forecast, and present insights.
