About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Wholesale Sales Assistant to support our growing wholesale team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Working closely with the Wholesale Sales Managers, you will provide day-to-day support to our key retail partners, ensuring excellent customer service and helping to maximise sales opportunities across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and commercial support to the Wholesale Sales team.
  • Act as a key point of contact for wholesale customers, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting account growth.
  • Process orders, amendments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate stock availability, delivery schedules, and product updates to customers.
  • Help monitor sales performance across accounts and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Merchandising, Buying, Warehouse, and Customer Services to ensure orders are fulfilled successfully.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve sales performance across wholesale partners.
  • Support the sales team with customer meetings, presentations, and line sheets where required.

  • Good commercial awareness and an interest in fashion.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in a wholesale, sales support, account management, or customer service role.
