Fiduciary Trust International

Fiduciary Trust International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton, has appointed Sue Wilchusky as the firm’s chief administrative officer.

Wilchusky, who is based in the firm’s office in Radnor, Pennsylvania, reports to Adam Spector, chief executive officer. Craig Richards is remaining as chief operating officer and head of tax. Wilchusky’s arrival will allow Richards to partner more closely with Spector and the executive team to support client needs and the ongoing growth of the business, FTI said in a statement.

“Sue’s role revolves around execution – working with me and the executive team to drive key firmwide initiatives, improve coordination across functions, and make sure we are making consistent progress against our priorities,” said Spector.

Prior to this, Wilchusky worked at Brandywine Global, where she served as chief operating officer overseeing business operations, including marketing and product management, portfolio compliance, investment performance and analysis, and overall business strategy. Prior to joining Brandywine Global in 2011, she held product development and distribution strategy positions at SEI Investments. Earlier in her career, she worked for Deutsche Bank, Fidelity Investments, and Deloitte & Touche.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
