Post: Wildlife Fundraiser Location: Romford Salary: £27,579.00 – £28,744.00 per annum (no commission) Reference: JUN20265114 Closing Date: Sun, 19th Jul 2026 (first-come, first-served basis)
About the Role

Confident in communications and passionate about nature? Join our Fundraising Team to inspire public support for wildlife conservation from Romford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travelling to local venues/events via a company van (fuel/parking covered).
- Setting up engaging fundraising displays.
- Speaking to members of the public about our conservation mission.
- Encouraging regular direct debit donations.

What’s on Offer?
✔ Entry-level role—no prior fundraising/experience needed. ✔ Company van (plus fuel/parking expenses). ✔ £27,579–£28,744 annual salary (fixed pay). ✔ 34 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays). ✔ 3 or 4-day contracts, fostering flexibility. ✔ Induction & training covered (travel & accommodation provided). ✔ Supportive team with mental health assistance. ✔ Team-oriented, proactive environment.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Comfortable speaking to the public, even in person or asking for donations.
- Resilient, self-motivated and positive under pressure.
- Willing to work alone outdoors (all weather conditions).
- Available for 3 weekends/month (local travel up to 1-hour each way).
** Necessary:**
- Full UK driving licence.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in fundraising, sales or customer service.
- Backgrounds from diverse sectors (retail, hospitality, teaching, etc.) welcome!

Logistics & Process
- Start date: 3 August 2026 (check pack for additional dates).
- Travel: HQ induction in Sandy, Bedfordshire (travel/accommodation covered).
