Job Scope
Are you highly organised, naturally proactive and passionate about keeping products moving from concept to customer? We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in bringing our award-winning luxury skincare products to life, working with suppliers, manufacturers and colleagues across the business to ensure every product is delivered on time, to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll coordinate the day-to-day activities that keep our supply chain running efficiently. From raising purchase orders and managing supplier relationships to maintaining inventory, reviewing production schedules and supporting new product launches, you'll be at the centre of our operations. No two days are the same, and you'll work closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Finance and NPD to ensure we continue delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
We offer hybrid working from our beautiful office at Highfield Park in Hampshire.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing purchase orders and supplier communications
- Monitoring production schedules and ensuring deliveries remain on track
- Coordinating stock movements between suppliers, manufacturers and warehouses
- Maintaining inventory levels to support demand
- Supporting quality control activities and production approvals
- Creating and maintaining product information within CIN7
- Maintaining Bills of Materials and product master data
- Reviewing supplier invoices and supporting purchasing administration
- Working cross-functionally to support product launches and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and takes pride in getting the details right.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Around 1-3 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, production planning or inventory management
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems (CIN7 experience is a bonus)
- Good Excel skills
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to identify issues and suggest improvements
