The Role
Due to ongoing growth within the business, we are now recruiting for a position Will writer/ Legal Consultant / Estate Planning Practitioner. We’re looking for a dynamic and personable Will writer/ Legal Consultant / Estate Planning Practitioner to join our team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Project basis (with long-term progression options). This role is at the heart of our client services and plays a vital role in our continued growth. As the first point of contact for clients, no two days will be the same. You’ll be responsible for managing your own diary, conducting client meetings (face-to-face), offering expert guidance on estate planning matters and drafting legal documents. Travelling within your area to visit clients will be a key part of the role.
Your Impact
As a trusted Will writer/Legal Consultant / Estate Planning Practitioner, you'll deliver an advice-led service across a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Will Trusts
- Lifetime Trusts
- Probate and Estate Administration Services

You’ll support clients through important life decisions, ensuring legal clarity, wealth protection, and peace of mind for them and their loved ones.
About You
Individuals must be able to demonstrate examples of:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive results and deliver against targets
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of focus on the customer
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise your own caseload
- Working independently and as part of a wider team
- Proficient with G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications
- Full UK Drivers Licence
Desirable:
- Experience in will-writing, estate planning, financial advisory or a similar related field
- Experience working in a sales environment or target driven position advantageous
- STEP qualifications, IPW or Society of Will Writers membership
- Experience with legal practice management software
