Wind Turbine Technician

Location: Newcastle, England (Travel Required)

As we expand our fleet of wind turbines in the UK, we’re looking for Wind Turbine Technicians to help elevate our expertise on the EWT platform. This role is ideal for someone skilled in turbine maintenance and troubleshooting, eager to share knowledge, resolve issues, and support the team in achieving high operational standards.

Your Role

  • Focus on enhancing our EWT platform expertise
  • Guide the team through maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of turbines
  • Work hands-on to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
  • Collaborate with remote support to analyse data and improve operational efficiency
  • Mentor fellow technicians on wind turbine-specific challenges by sharing knowledge and supporting team development

  • Qualification: Hold (or equivalent work experience in the wind industry)
  • Experience: Proven capability in wind turbine troubleshooting
  • Walk-Downs: Adept at resolving issues flagged during site inspections
  • Travel: Willingness to UK/EU travel as required
  • Licensing: Hold a full UK driving license and availability for international assignments
  • Fitness: Capable of high-elevation work and physically demanding tasks
  • On-Call: Ability to participate in a weekend on-call rota
