Are you precise, hands‑on and passionate about high‑quality engineering?
We’re looking for a skilled Winder Technician to join our world‑class aviation repair and overhaul team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for winding, repairing and testing a variety of aviation power‑generation components, contributing directly to aircraft safety and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Winding stators, rotors, armatures and field coils using specialised copper wire and precision tools Carrying out solvent degreasing using ultrasonic cleaning equipment Brazing electrical connections using resistance and flame‑welding methods Performing electrical resistance and high‑voltage testing Completing accurate dimensional checks using verniers, micrometres, height gauges and gauges
This is a hands‑on role requiring accuracy, discipline and a passion for producing high‑quality engineering work.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
Skills & Attributes
