About Us

TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe Home Improvements are growing companies specialising in high-quality windows, doors, and living space solutions.

With increasing demand across multiple showroom locations, we are looking to strengthen our installation team with an experienced and reliable Window and Door Fitter.

The Role

As a Window and Door Fitter, you will be responsible for installing a range of products including windows, doors, and associated home improvement products in customers homes.

You will take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
  • Removing existing products and preparing openings for installation
  • Ensuring all installations are completed accurately and to company standards
  • Carrying out finishing work to achieve a high-quality appearance and fit
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on-site
  • Liaising professionally with customers throughout the installation process
  • Reporting any site issues or additional work requirements to management
  • Representing the business positively in customers homes

About You

  • Previous experience fitting windows and doors is essential
  • Experience within the home improvements industry
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome on-site challenges
  • Friendly and professional approach with customers
  • Full UK driving licence required
