Window Cleaner

Location:
Fenton Industrial Estate, Stoke-On-Trent – Covering ST & CW Postcodes

Salary:
£26,442 - £27,833 per year

Hours:
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 16:00pm

We are looking for 2 Window Cleaners to join our Estate Services team. You will be responsible for window cleaning, gutter vacuum cleaning and other duties. You will be using a ‘reach and wash’ system to provide window cleaning across all of Sanctuary's properties as well as a gutter clearance service. The team also complete jet washing and other caretaking responsibilities. You will join a large team and will work alongside 1 other operative sharing a van. You will cover various sites across the local region and have opportunities to further your career, carrying out training when required.

The role of Window Cleaner will include:

  • Carrying out window cleaning, caretaking and cleaning duties
  • Serving as a first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information when needed
  • Identify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicle are maintained in good condition and stock levels are maintained appropriately

Skills and experiences:

  • Working knowledge and experience of undertaking window cleaning
  • Some experience of general caretaking and cleaning duties
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Good eye for detail with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
