We are delighted to be recruiting for an additional field based Window and Door Fitter to join Vista, part of the Eurocell Group of companies covering Glasgow, Edinburgh, Kilmarnock and up to Dundee. (this is ideal for those living within the M73/M74 corridor)
As part of your role you will be supporting the Customer Care team and wider operations by carrying out inspections, snagging, remedial works and installations to a high standard. Acting as a professional customer-facing representative, you will provide technical support, training and guidance to customers and installers, while ensuring safe working practices and excellent customer service at all times.

What Our Window & Door Fitters Do
- Provide comprehensive technical support across the business
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
- Carry out inspections, snagging and remedial works as required by the customer & agreed with the customer care team
- Carry out Installations of remake door slabs and door sets to a high standard
- Provide support and guidance to customers' fitters, including assisting with any training requirements
- Drive continuous improvement
- Lead and support colleagues to work innovatively, promoting collaboration across and between teams
- Deliver hands-on operational support as needed, including phone-based and on-site technical assistance to customers
- Maintain and enhance technical knowledge across the organisation
- Act as a key link between customers, installers, customer care, and internal operational teams
What We Need From Our Window & Door Fitters
- In-depth knowledge of door and composite door systems and components
- Previous experience as a Window and Door fitter/installer or similar role
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Previous experience preparing reports and delivering presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous commercial awareness relevant to the sector and local area
- Flexibility to accommodate overnight stays as required by business needs
