About The Role
As a Factory Trainer, you'll play a key role in supporting the development of our manufacturing teams. Working closely with production managers and team leaders, you'll deliver hands-on training, coach employees, and help maintain the high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency that we're known for.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Training and supporting new employees as they settle into their roles
- Delivering practical, hands-on training across multiple areas of the factory
- Sharing best practice and ensuring safe, efficient working methods are followed
- Upskilling existing team members to improve flexibility across departments
- Monitoring employee progress and providing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback
- Supporting managers in identifying training needs and development opportunities
- Promoting a positive learning culture that encourages continuous improvement
- Ensuring training records are kept accurate and up to date
- Helping maintain excellent standards of quality, health, and safety, and productivity

What We Are Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people and can confidently pass on their knowledge in a practical manufacturing environment.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous training or development role in a manufacturing setting
- Experience working in window & door fabrication
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and quality standards
- A patient, approachable, and supportive attitude
- The ability to demonstrate tasks clearly and effectively
- A proactive approach with a passion for helping others succeed
