The role:
As a Fabricator, you'll manufacture high-quality windows and doors to customer specifications. Working as part of our production team, you'll help ensure every product leaving the factory meets our quality standards and is ready for installation or delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Manufacturing windows and doors to specification
- Reading and working from production paperwork
- Operating manufacturing machinery and hand tools safely
- Preparing, assembling, and glazing products
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
- Working as part of the production team to meet daily output targets
- Reporting any quality or equipment issues

About you
- Experience manufacturing windows and doors is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and team-focused
- Willing to learn new skills
