About the Role
Various hours available | Short-term contracts (up to 5 weeks)
Come join the NEXT team this Spring! We’re hiring temporary team members. Contracts range from a few days up to 5 weeks, depending on store needs - ideal if you’re looking for flexible, short-term work.

Please note: Availability on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st March may be required.
You’ll be right at the heart of the action, supporting customers and colleagues on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or both. Every shift makes a difference in this fast-paced retail environment.
On the sales floor, you’ll:
- Deliver fast, friendly service, helping customers find the perfect products
- Move stock quickly and efficiently
- Keep sales floors looking great and easy to shop from
In the stockroom, you’ll:
- Receive, process and organise stock-in accurately
- Pick, pack and transfer stock efficiently to meet customer timescales
- Keep the back of house clean, safe and organised
About You
No retail experience? No problem, we’ll show you the ropes. What matters most is your attitude and enthusiasm.
You are:
- Friendly, approachable and happy to help customers
- A team player who stays calm when things get busy
- Ready to get involved, reliable and well organised
- Keen to learn and take pride in doing a great job
- Respectful, committed and eager to play your part
