Warehouse Management System Consultant (NetSuite)
EMEA, UK Based (Remote, must be based in the UK)

Who We’re Looking For
Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? As a WMS Consultant at RF-SMART, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge warehouse management solutions using our innovative data collection software for NetSuite ERP. With a broad understanding of general warehouse operations, best practices, and business processes, the consultant will lead our implementations, and support our expanding customer base in the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do:
- Design & Deliver: Create tailored warehouse data collection solutions using RF-SMART for the NetSuite ERP application, focusing on areas like receiving, inventory control, picking, and light production.
- Consult & Advise: Be the go-to expert for customers, guiding them on best practices in warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping.
- Lead Customer Implementations: Perform tasks and assist customers with application design, setup, testing, and training.
- Problem-Solve: Tackle customer issues head-on, whether through the NetSuite ERP or RF-SMART software, and find innovative solutions.
- Assume Role of Trusted Advisor: Comfortable as primary contact to provide product information and best practice solutions.
- Enhance & Innovate: Scope and document custom requirements, conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, coordinate with the development team to ensure successful, on-target delivery.
- Stay Organized: Keep all customer interactions, project tasks, and communications organized and on track in a fast-paced environment.
- Train & Support: Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support, ensuring customers are confident and successful post-Go Live

What You Bring:
Typically, five (5) or more years of warehouse operational experience, or warehouse consulting, with familiarity with ERP systems (especially NetSuite) considered a plus.
- Proven experience delivering projects successfully, from kickoff through Go-Live, while managing timelines, scope, and customer expectations.
- A clear, confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, whether in person or through remote meetings.
- Flexible and willing to travel throughout the EMEA region as required to support customer implementations, training, and meetings. Travel is expected to be around 30%, though this may vary depending on project needs.
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule. This isn't a typical nine-to-five role, and the variety it brings, from customer calls across the region to occasional Go-Live support, is part of what makes it exciting.
- Highly self-motivated, comfortable juggling multiple projects independently and keeping everything on track.
