About the Role
NXA Talent are working with a long-standing client in the search for an experienced WMS Integration Support Engineer who will provide overnight support for their Blue Yonder Discrete WMS (BY WMS) environment. This is a business-critical role responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our warehouse management system and its integrations.
Working within the IT team, you will monitor and support both the front-end application and the back-end processes that underpin our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, monitoring integrations, supporting interfaces, and working with operational teams to minimize disruption to warehouse activity.
This role requires an individual with hands-on experience of Blue Yonder Discrete WMS, who understands both the functional operation of the application and the technical architecture that supports it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
