Curious about a fast-paced, client-facing career at the heart of global financial markets?
Our Women in Broking Insight Day is designed to support and offer insight for ambitious early-career talent looking to break into the industry — no prior financial services experience required.
TP ICAP regularly recruit Trainee Broker and Desk Assistant positions, offering complete on-the-job training. The event is designed for early-career female talent to give real exposure to life on the broking floor, helping you understand what it takes to succeed in a commercial, relationship-driven environment.
On the day, you will:
- Gain insight into broking across key asset classes (e.g. Rates, FX)
- Hear directly from brokers about their career journeys
- Build your network with peers and industry professionals
