Role Description: Women’s Health Social Media Manager & Marketing Lead
Location: Remote (for Europe-based applicants) Type: Contract role
In this role, the candidate will develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth, with a focus on vaginal and women’s health topics.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and publish content tailored to women’s health and vaginal health audiences.
- Optimise posts for reach and impact, using data-driven strategies.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, adjusting campaigns as needed.
- Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages with empathy and accuracy.
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical advisors to refine messaging.
- Support broader digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Strong expertise in social media marketing (SMM) and social media optimisation (SMO).
- Ability to develop and implement a Content Strategy for women’s/vaginal health audiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a focus on clear, inclusive, and approachable health messaging.
- Experience managing online communities or brand voice in health/wellness-related fields.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making for social media campaigns.
- Understanding of women’s and vaginal health topics, or a strong interest in learning.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
