As this brand continues to grow globally, they're looking for a talented Womenswear Designer to join their Design team.

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer with a passion for premium product and a strong understanding of the modern womenswear market. You'll play a key role in developing seasonal activewear collections, working closely with their Senior Designer and cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that define the brand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the Senior Designer in creating apparel collections from concept through to completion.
  • Research trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and new ideas that align with their aesthetic.
  • Create detailed design packs to ensure a seamless handover to the Development team.
  • Attend fittings and collaborate closely with Product Development to maintain design integrity throughout the process.
  • Mentor and support Junior Designers.
  • Maintain key collection documents, including collection overviews, sourcing packs, and performance reviews.
  • Help ensure seasonal calendars and key deadlines are met.
  • Support the presentation of seasonal collections to the Sales team.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Fashion Design or an equivalent qualification.
  • 4+ years' experience in a Womenswear Design role, ideally activewear.
  • Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and fabric performance.
  • A passion for premium womenswear with an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
