Womenswear Designer x 2
North London | Office Based initially - hybrid after probation
From £35 to £45k + Bens
We are partnering with a highly respected, design-focused womenswear manufacturer that has been successfully trading for over 20 years. Known for its creativity, strong retail relationships, and consistent growth, the business continues to invest in its design team and product offering.
They are looking for two designers, one to replace and one additional hire.
These roles are exciting opportunities for a commercial yet creatively driven Womenswear Designers to join a close-knit, collaborative design team within a company where design truly sits at the heart of the business. They will play a key role in shaping collections for leading UK and European high-street retailers, working across both woven and jersey categories.
One being more Junior to Mid level with a salary of £30/35k
The other Mid to Senior at £40/45K

The Roles
- Designing women’s woven and jersey collections for multiple UK and European high-street accounts
- Attending and confidently leading buyer and retailer meetings
- Presenting design direction, trends, colour stories, prints, and fabric ideas directly to customers
- Conducting in-depth trend research across catwalks, retail, and online platforms
- Working closely with the technical team and company directors in a hands-on, design-led environment
- Managing designs from concept through to production, ensuring critical path deadlines are met
The Ideal Candidates - the core skills needed
- Proven and recent experience working as a womenswear designer within a womenswear supplier or manufacturer
- Strong capability designing both woven and jersey product
- Confident and professional in retailer presentations and meetings
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of UK high-street fashion
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a small, growing business
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable running multiple accounts
- London based (or commutable) and eligible to work in the UK
