About the Role
dSb is proud to partner with a high growth and progressive apparel brand who are committed to creating premium-quality apparel ranges. In this newly created role as a Womenswear Merchandiser you'll play a key part in driving commercial success through strategic planning, forecasting and stock management with the support of a Senior Merchandiser.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial insight with analytical thinking to make a real impact in a fast-paced global business.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day merchandising activities for your department, working closely with the Assistant Merchandiser.
- Analyse sales performance and trading data to identify opportunities, risks and emerging trends.
- Forecast sales and stock levels to maximise profitability and deliver department targets.
- Manage and maintain WSSI to support effective planning and trading decisions.
- Partner with Buying and Design teams to build commercially successful product ranges.
- Present financial and trading updates to senior stakeholders, including Heads of Department and Directors.
- Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to manage order quantities and delivery schedules.
- Plan promotional activity and markdown strategies based on stock performance.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
- Support efficient warehouse stock management to optimise product availability.

What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced Merchandiser with strong commercial awareness and a passion for using data to influence business decisions.

- Previous merchandising experience, ideally within fashion or retail and demonstrate ownership for planning and trading your own department.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Experience managing WSSI and financial planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive results.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- A genuine passion for the fashion or retail industry.
