About The Role
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Colchester. Qualifications
- Strong background in WordPress development
- Proven experience in building and maintaining WordPress websites
- Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML
- Familiarity with CSS and other front-end technologies
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain bespoke WordPress websites using the company's proprietary block theme
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate their vision into functional web solutions
- Conduct thorough testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality, performance, or security
- Work closely with senior staff to receive mentorship, participate in code reviews, and implement best practices
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of deliverables
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- Contribute to the agency’s creative process by providing innovative ideas and solutions for digital marketing campaigns
