Your Responsibilities
Your role will primarily focus on optimising and enhancing our WordPress-powered website with ownership over the following key areas:
- Improving overall website performance to ensure speed, usability, and scalability.
- Developing a high-impact content management system—designing a robust platform that efficiently shares information with our key stakeholders.
- Refining website structure and UX from existing content to new publications.
- Optimising information display for both business needs and user experience.
- Driving business growth by identifying technical and structural solutions to critical challenges.
- Supporting cross-functional teams in troubleshooting technical difficulties promptly.
What We Expect From You
We’re looking for a driving force to manage and evolve our website. Extensive WordPress knowledge and experience are mandatory—be prepared to share real-world examples of past work (projects, websites, or optimisations you’ve contributed to).

Location & Work Style
- Location: In-person at our office in London (next to Victoria Station).
- Hours: Monday–Friday in the office (remote not an option).
