Company Description
Unscripted Academy delivers practical, improv-led programmes designed to close the human skills gap across education and the workplace.
Through improv, role-play, guided conversation, and storytelling, we help students, apprentices, and professionals build confidence, communication, adaptability, and resilience in ways that feel lived, not just discussed.
As a King's Trust-supported business, we work across colleges, universities, apprenticeship providers, and corporate environments, with clients and partners including the London School of Economics and Political Science, University College London, New City College, and Darktrace.
Role Description
This is a remote freelance SDR (Sales Development Representative) opportunity at Unscripted Academy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Corporate Training & Workplace Learning
The role focuses on identifying relevant organisations, finding the right decision-makers, and starting thoughtful conversations that lead to booked meetings for the founder.
You’ll handle outreach across LinkedIn and email, introducing organisations to Unscripted Academy’s practical approach to communication, collaboration, and professional development.
This is not a high-volume sales role. We care deeply about our brand's reputation and the quality of our relationships, so we’re looking for people who can communicate intelligently and represent the company well.
You’ll work closely with the founder, who has experience leading sales teams and will provide direct guidance and mentorship throughout the role.
