We are pleased to offer a one-week multidisciplinary work experience programme designed to give students an insight into the built environment and how different disciplines collaborate on real projects.

This placement provides exposure across a range of professions, including:

  • Architecture
  • Building Services Engineering
  • Civil and Structural Engineering
  • Design Management
  • Interior Design
  • Urban Design and Town Planning

Participants will gain an understanding of how these disciplines work together throughout the lifecycle of a project, from early concept and planning through to detailed design and delivery.

The work experience is ideal for students who are curious about careers in the built environment and want to explore multiple pathways before specialising. Our Multi-Disciplinary Work experience placements are designed for school and college students to provide an insight into the industry and are not suitable for individuals who already hold an undergraduate or degree qualification.
