Work From Home Travel Care Representative

We are looking for a Work From Home Travel Care Representative to support travelers before, during, and after their trips. This role focuses on providing friendly assistance, coordinating travel details, and ensuring every client feels confident and supported throughout their experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide guidance and support Review itineraries, confirm travel details, and assist with minor updates or requests Share accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures Proactively follow up with travelers prior to departure to ensure readiness Handle concerns calmly and escalate complex issues when necessary Ideal Candidate Strong communicator with a helpful and patient attitude Customer service experience preferred but not required Organized and dependable with attention to detail Comfortable learning and using online tools and systems Interest in travel and delivering positive client experiences Perks Fully remote position with flexible hours Training and ongoing support provided Growth opportunities within the travel industry Access to travel perks and industry discounts Collaborative and supportive team environment
