Work-From-Home Travel Representative

We are seeking a Work-From-Home Travel Representative to assist clients before, during, and after their trips. In this remote role, you will provide customer support, handle travel-related requests, and help ensure each traveler has a smooth and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and procedures Confirm travel details and follow up with clients as departure dates approach Address concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions Ideal Candidate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience preferred (hospitality or travel is helpful but not required) Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests Able to learn online systems and tools quickly Interested in travel and helping others plan successfully What We Offer Remote work environment Flexible scheduling options Training and ongoing guidance Opportunities for professional development Supportive team environment
