Work & Inclusion Coach

Job Description

We are Happy Smiles CIC, a multi-award-winning, disabled people’s-led organisation, doing disability differently, through lived experience.

Our team across the North West is over 90% disabled. We challenge stigma, raise expectations and deliver training, access audits, advocacy and support that create real opportunities for disabled people to thrive.

As a Disability Confident Leader organisation we proactively support reasonable adjustments in the workplace to ensure we recruit the very best people to our roles.

We are a Real Living Wage employer and winners of the Disability Smart Impact Award for workplace experience 2026, as well as many other awards celebrating our inclusive approach to employment. Put simply we employ people based on their strengths and values, working on a needs led, rather than diagnosis led approach.

Creating local expert teams ensures our training, accessibility and support offers foster a culture of belonging and create bespoke local solutions, valued highly by our partners and commissioners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
