Main Purpose of the Role & Business Responsibilities
As a Workday Account Center Prism Lead (Manager), you’ll be instrumental in implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. Your focus? Gathering and transforming customer organisational and employee data before it’s loaded into Workday tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong vendor relationships to fully understand customer data needs and lead solution delivery—ensuring alignment, fitness for purpose, and commercial viability.
- Collaborating closely with functional team leads and stakeholders to maintain effective project flow.
- Leading data workstreams for each Workday implementation to guarantee seamless adherence to standards and deadlines.

What We Are Looking For
Core Requirements
- HCM or Financials certification in Workday, or comparable experience with similar ERP or HCM systems.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Prism.
- A deep knowledge of data analysis, manipulation, reporting, and formatting.
- In-depth Excel proficiency (practical problem-solving with dynamic datasets).
- Exceptional accuracy: adept at spotting errors and inconsistencies in vast datasets.
- Broad business understanding of technology trends in our field.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, honouring tight deadlines while balancing customer demands with Kainos commercial priorities.
- Strong grasp of commercial insights, particularly utilisation targets in a services environment.
- Flexibility to rotate between Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management.
- Willingness to travel—Both on-site in shared time zones or minimally beyond them for project needs.
