Main Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities in the Business
As a [Workday Account Center Prism Lead (Manager)] in Kainos, you’ll be a key part of the team responsible for:
- Implementing and configuring enterprise-scale [Workday] solutions for our global customer base
- Specializing in gathering and transforming the customer’s organisational and employee data prior to loading into Workday tenants
- Building relationships with customers to understand their data needs
- Leading delivery solutions around data that aligns to the customer’s needs, are fit-for-purpose, and commercially viable
- Collaborating closely with other functional team leads and stakeholders to ensure project success
- Leading the data workstream during implementations

What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Workday HCM or Financials certification, or hands-on experience with other similar HCM/ERP systems
- Experience with [Workday Prism]
- Strong expertise in:
- Data analysis, manipulation, reporting, and formatting
- Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy:
- Capability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large datasets
- Broad business and technology knowledge with awareness of industry trends
- Ability to:
- Operate under tight deadlines
- Make rational decisions under pressure
- Balance customer demands and Kainos' commercial needs
- Commercial understanding of utilisation within a services organisation, including labour targets
- Flexibility to rotate through various [Workday] delivery services, particularly:
- Consulting
- Application Management Services
- Willingness to travel to customer sites in the same region, with minimal out-of-region travel if required
