The Role: Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. Imagine providing integrated, cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that propel your organization into a brighter future of collaboration:
You'll play a critical role by:
- Collaborating with clients to define and implement industry standards and leading practices in both HCM, Compensations, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits domains by applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
- Hosting workshops and leading workshops/discounts on topics in your areas of expertise, covering both HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits functionalities.
- Independently leading a workstream while tracking progress.
- Leading diverse and disparate teams through implementation phases, closely liaising with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to consistently deliver project results that exceed client expectations.
- Driving innovation by creating new, industry-leading methods and assets.

Job Qualifications
Required:
- Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation / Benefits or relevant cloud-based platforms (e.g., on-premise solutions).
- Ability to meet client travel requirements effectively and to manage teams and client interactions efficiently.
- Thriving in diverse, dynamic environments; ability to meet deadlines under conflicting demands showcasing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English and German communication skills—both verbal and written—to convey complex messages and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Traits:
- Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform either as a consultant or client role focusing on managing and driving Workday HCM and (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits workstreams.
- Proven experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
- Up-to-date Workday certifications, particularly in Benefits.
Bonus asset:
- Additional fluency in another language, strengthening work with multinational teams.
