Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience: n/a

Shows excellent time management.

Demonstrates great teamwork and contributes to their cohort, Workday area, and office.

Develops work product under direction.

Looks for opportunities to assist with internal initiatives or non-project work.

Works studiously to learn Workday and consulting skills in their core area.

Communicates issues effectively to customers and Invisors Project Team.

Understands how to prioritize multiple tasks based on level of urgency and importance.

Early on will need guidance from coaches and more senior resources.

- Leads an internal pre-training session at least once during time as an analyst.
- Takes Notes on meetings and shares relevant info with key stakeholders, updates requirements templates and KT documents.
- Teaches client counterparts key Workday functionality and helps new team members.
- Creates and executes test scenarios for all configuration changes made in the Workday environment.
