Workday Business Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)
On behalf of one of our pharmaceutical clients, RED is currently seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Rewards (Compensation & Benefits).
About the Role
In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and IT teams to support and enhance the Workday HCM platform. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering business requirements
- Configuring and optimising Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules
- Supporting compensation cycles
- Handling benefits administration
- Developing and managing reporting
- Conducting testing and driving process improvements

Position Details
- Position: Workday Business Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)
- Location: Macclesfield / Luton / Cambridge (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months + (possible extension)
- Rate: £ (outside IR 35)
- Language Requirement: English

Key Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience as a:
- Business Analyst
- HRIS Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, particularly:
- Compensation
- Advanced Compensation
- Benefits
- Strong understanding of:
- Compensation planning
- Benefits administration
- Experience with:
- Workday business processes
- Workday reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
