Workday Business Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)

On behalf of one of our pharmaceutical clients, RED is currently seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Rewards (Compensation & Benefits).

About the Role

In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and IT teams to support and enhance the Workday HCM platform. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering business requirements
  • Configuring and optimising Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules
  • Supporting compensation cycles
  • Handling benefits administration
  • Developing and managing reporting
  • Conducting testing and driving process improvements

Position Details

  • Position: Workday Business Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)
  • Location: Macclesfield / Luton / Cambridge (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months + (possible extension)
  • Rate: £ (outside IR 35)
  • Language Requirement: English

Key Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience as a:
    • Business Analyst
    • HRIS Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, particularly:
    • Compensation
    • Advanced Compensation
    • Benefits
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Compensation planning
    • Benefits administration
  • Experience with:
    • Workday business processes
    • Workday reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
