As a Workday Compensation Consultant

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Compensation domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Compensation functionalities.
  • Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress.
  • Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
  • Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

We are looking for experience in the following skills

  • Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English.

  • Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and Compensation workstreams.
  • Experience with Workday's Data Migration tools and Security framework.
  • Up to date Workday, HCM / Compensation certifications.
  • Experienced professional Workday experience.
  • Up to date Workday certifications.
  • Fluency in another language, German, French, Spanish, Dutch a.o..
