Workday Financials Lead (consultancy, largely remote)
We have a new PERM role available for a Workday Finance Lead for a medium-sized consultancy.
Our client is a multi-award-winning digital consultancy, recognised for delivering impactful and innovative technology solutions across UK government departments.
Role Description
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of Workday Financials solutions
- Configure and support key modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivables, Procurement, Expenses, Projects / Grants
- Conduct client workshops
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution design
- Support integration design and data migration activities
- Lead testing phases including SIT, UAT, and deployment

Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Workday Financials experience
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
- Experience with Business Assets and Accounting Configuration
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience

Job Type: Permanent
Location: Remote + 1 day/week onsite
Salary: Negotiable (DoE)
