Workday Finance Integrations Lead (Manager / Senior Manager)

This role can be based (on a hybrid model) at either: Belfast, Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester, London. The hybrid model is 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote

A top consultancy is seeking an experienced Workday Finance Integrations Lead to join a growing transformation consulting team delivering complex Workday Finance implementations for enterprise clients.

In this client-facing role, you'll lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Workday Finance integrations, manage integration teams through implementation and go-live, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, business-focused solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading Workday Finance integration projects
  • Strong expertise in Workday integrations, including Workday Studio
  • Background in Finance Transformation, ERP or Technology Consulting
  • Experience managing client relationships and facilitating workshops
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing onshore/offshore teams
  • Workday certifications are advantageous
