The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on configuration experience within Workday Financials .Key Responsibilities :Lead the implementation and optimisation of Workday Financials solution sConfigure and support key modules, including :General Ledge rAccounts Payable / Receivabl eProcuremen tExpense sProjects / Grants (highly desirable, especially in public sector environments )Conduct client workshops to gather and analyse business requirement sTranslate requirements into functional specifications and solution design sSupport integration design and data migration activitie sLead testing phases including SIT, UAT, and deploymen tProvide strategic guidance on financial transformation and best practice sCollaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting team sRequired Skills & Experience :Minimum 5+ years of Workday Financials experienc eProven track record delivering end-to-end Workday Financials implementation sStrong understanding of Workday Financial Data Mode lExperience with Business Assets and Accounting Configuratio nStrong stakeholder engagement experience, particularly with finance teams (e.g., CFOs, Controllers )Ability to work in agile, fast-paced delivery environment sDesirable Experience :Experience working with Public Sector, Government, or Regulatory organisation sUnderstanding of public sector finance structures (e.g., fund accounting, grants )Experience with Workday Reporting and Prism Analytic sCertifications :Workday Financials Certification (active or previously held
