Focus on WD are seeking a Workday Financials Change & Training Manager to join my global, market leading customer and drive the successful adoption of Workday Financials across the organisation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to equip teams with the knowledge, confidence and support they need to embrace new systems and ways of working.

Job Title: Workday Financials Change & Training Manager

Location: Surrey - Hybrid Working Pattern

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum plus bonus/benefits DOE

This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Assignment. Please be advised, no Sponsorship is available for this position.

Key Deliverables:

  • Design and deliver engaging training, communications and learning resources.
  • Assess the impact of change across teams and create targeted adoption plans.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support colleagues through change, identifying barriers and driving successful adoption.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption, using data to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Ensure learning materials align with business processes, governance and control requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in change management, learning and development, and training across large enterprise Workday Financials Transformation programmes.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A talent for simplifying complex processes into practical, user-friendly training.
  • Experience supporting business process or technology change initiatives.
  • A collaborative, organised and proactive approach, with a passion for helping people succeed through change.
