Focus on WD are seeking a Workday Financials Lead to take responsibility for the end-to end delivery of a major Workday Financials transformation programme that will reshape how Finance operates for a globally recognised organisation. You'll be accountable for the programme from planning through to implementation, bringing together Finance, Technology and delivery partners to create a modern, scalable finance platform.

Job Title: Workday Financials Lead
Location: Surrey - Hybrid Working Pattern
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum plus bonus/benefits DOE
This is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Assignment. Please be advised, no Sponsorship is available for this position.

Key Deliverables:
- Drive end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring successful outcomes, strong governance and effective risk management.
- Shape and oversee the finance solution across core processes, data, integrations, reporting and testing.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align business priorities with technology solutions.
- Champion best practice, challenge design decisions and ensure the platform is built for long-term success.
- Lead go-live readiness and support the organisation in maximising the value of its Workday investment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience of successfully leading and delivering at least 1 end-to-end Workday Finance Transformation programme.
- Strong understanding of finance operations and enterprise systems.
- The ability to connect business needs with technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of data, integrations, governance and change within large-scale technology programmes.
