Workday Finance Experts – Manager & Assistant Manager Positions
About the Role
A global HRT service provider is seeking Manager and Assistant Manager-level Workday Finance experts to join their expanding team as they continue to thrive in the market.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the most innovative Workday Finance projects in the UK, with substantial investment in development, training, and certifications. There are also exceptional prospects for career growth and progression.
You will leverage your configuration expertise and deep Workday Finance knowledge to guide premium clients through their Workday journey, from early design phases all the way through deployment and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Apply your hands-on configuration skills to guide clients through successful Workday Finance implementations
- Oversee projects end-to-end, starting from presales and scoping, progressing through planning and implementation, and extending into post-go-live support
- Act as a Solution Architect, ensuring high impact with senior leaders and business stakeholders
- Work across multi-phased projects—from strategy and execution to optimisation and support
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to shared knowledge base
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent
- Proven expertise with multiple Workday Finance ERP implementation project lifecycles, spanning:
- Presales and scoping
- Deep planning and estimation
- Solution architecture and deployment
- Post-go-live support and optimisation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-makers at senior levels
- Fluency in cloud-based Workday environments, including operational best practices
