Workday Financials Test Lead
Focus on WD are seeking a Workday Financials Test Lead with both a strategic and hands-on skillset to spearhead all testing and quality assurance activities for a major Workday Financials implementation. You'll define and deliver the testing strategy, ensuring the solution is fully validated and the business is ready for a successful go-live.

Location: Surrey - Hybrid Working Pattern
Salary: Up to £85000 per annum plus bonus/benefits DOE

Key Deliverables:
- Develop and lead the end-to-end testing strategy across all phases of delivery.
- Coordinate testing activities with business teams, technical specialists, and implementation partners.
- Manage test planning, execution, defect resolution, and quality reporting.
- Oversee validation of integrations, security, reporting, and data migration.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting business readiness and go-live decisions.
- Provide clear insight into programme quality, risks, and release readiness through cutover and hypercare.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience leading testing across at least 1 end-to-end Workday Financials Transformation Programme.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, data, integrations, and system controls.
- Expertise in SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- A structured approach to defect management, quality assurance, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a complex delivery environment.
