Workday HCM & Payroll Workstream Lead

Role Title: Workday HCM & Payroll Workstream Lead Clearance: SC Clearance – Mandatory Location: UK-Based, Hybrid (Onsite during Payroll cycles & Go-Live preferred)

Role Purpose:

Lead the configuration and implementation of Core HCM, UK Payroll, Talent, Learning and Workforce Planning modules, ensuring compliance with statutory payroll requirements and workforce analytics objectives

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Configure worker lifecycle processes including joiners, movers and leavers. Deliver UK Payroll configuration including statutory submissions and HMRC integrations. Support pension and recruitment integrations. Lead minimum three Parallel Payroll Runs ensuring readiness and sign-off. Configure workforce planning, analytics and reporting dashboards. Define role-based security aligned to Secure by Design. Collaborate with Data Migration partner on cleansing and transformation activities. Ensure adoption of standardised best practice processes without customisation unless formally governed.

Proven Workday HCM and UK Payroll implementation leadership. Experience delivering payroll parallel runs. Strong knowledge of statutory payroll compliance. Experience managing large workforce configuration and reporting. Multi-module integration awareness.
